There are several varieties of Lillet available, but the most well-known are Lillet Blanc (white) and Lillet Rouge (red). Lillet Blanc has a lighter, more delicate flavor with notes of citrus and honey, while Lillet Rouge offers a richer, more robust taste with hints of spice and ripe berries.
