Strawberry Fields is National Law School's annual rock festival that provides an incredible platform for semi-professional and college bands to compete and showcase their talent to a live audience of nearly 3000 enthusiasts each year in Bangalore. The event is one of the most hotly anticipated in the Indian music scene.

There are two primary attractions at Strawberry Fields that ensure it is a show like no other- Firstly, the show aims to promote original grassroots level music. Secondly, the festival is not genre specific- the intent being to promote as diverse a slice of music as we can in the Indian music scene.

Additionally, the entry to the show is free-in order to facilitate greater access to the music. The history, of hosting the show since 1996 has cemented their status as an institution that launches new talent every year- and therefore accounts for the anticipation for our event- both amongst Bangalore's music audience as well as a nationwide interest in the show amongst musicians and performers. The show has even been rated as "India's best college rock festival" by the Rock Street Journal.

The 20th edition of the show is set to be held from 9th-11th December, 2016. On Saturday, you will witness Aathma and Parvaaz as the special acts and on Sunday, Swarathma and Kryptos headlining after the participant acts.
